Education & Courses

Complete Vocal Institute offers courses of varying lengths and with varying contents. View your options in the menu to the left.

The courses are well suited for singers and singing instructors, as well as for actors, speech therapists and others who aim to optimize the use of the voice.

1-day introductory courses offer a great introduction to Complete Vocal Technique, and they can work as an audition for admission to other courses.

Group Instruction

3-Year group in Copenhagen

Group instruction is the core of CVT-courses. In acquiring new techniques, watching and listening to other singers work on their voices is a part of the learning process. Left: 3-Year group in Copenhagen attending their first seminar in January 2007.

Masterclass sessions

Masterclass session at 1-Year Course in Oslo

Masterclass sessions are important parts of CVI-courses. All participating singers will receive personal guidance in the presence of the group. A great way to learn as an active singer as well as by listening to fellow singers working on their vocal challenges or problems. Above: masterclass session in Oslo 2006.

CVI concerts

CVI-concerts are arranged in Copenhagen about 15-20 times pr. year. Above: singer from the 3-Year Course on stage in Copenhagen, March 2007. See concerts for dates and locations

Admission to CVI

All applying singers will be evaluated individually at a CVT-introductory course, or by submitting 2 live recordings (CD or mp3). For details, please read how to apply.
